For this round, haiku the news that Sheriff Lee Baca has appointed—seriously?—Lou Ferrigno as a reserve Deputy Sheriff. Sure it's probably just a fluff appointment, but it's amazing haiku fodder. Hulk got badge now! Hulk rampage with impunity! Pity the first smart-ass who says he smells bacon. Good luck!
