Art

I just now got around to watching last Friday's The Soup, so forgive me if I'm late to the party, but the clip above is one of the funniest things I have ever seen in my life. For reasons unknown, I seriously spent a good 10 minutes in a hysterical fit of laughter — even producing tears — that made my roommate a little concerned for my well-being. I won't say anything more, because I have a bad feeling this is going to turn out like those funny stories that aren't really funny because the person telling it can't stop laughing and building it up. I'll just let Joel do the talking.

Extremely cute cat, but all I can think about now is how badly I want to ride a toboggan down a snow covered hill with Mr. T!!! Stupid Ryan Seacrest!!! He gets everything!!!

No, it is as funny as you say. I watched this at work (I'm such an asset) and two coworkers huddled around me to watch as well. We were all cracking up. Joel McHale never ceases to make me laugh so hard I cry.

I don't really see what all the commotion is about. It's a cut, during a live show, to a cat eating spaghetti, with no explaination. What's so strange about that? Maybe there was some subliminal message included in that. I'm going to Olive Garden to think about it over some bread sticks and an all-you-cat-eat pasta bowl.

I think it's the somber look on the cat's face that does it for me. Art, indeed.

Ah, if only all the shows would replace bleeping with spaghetti cat, the world would be a better place.

I've seen it at least a dozen times since it aired on Friday and I still laugh until I cry every time.

I watched it for the first time last night too and it made me laugh a lot! And now watching it for a second time, it's still funny. I agree with em who said, "it's the somber look on the cat's face" which makes it funny.

You're high, that clip was hysterical. Better even is Joel's reaction to it.
