Life is tough for the Hiltons: Paris and Nicky's little brother, Barron, pleaded no contest to his DUI charge from last February. His punishment was what you would expect: Three years probation, a trip to the LA County Morgue and a one-year license suspension.

That'll show him.

And Ne-Yo Makes Three

image0022.jpg

R&B singer Ne-Yo was reportedly arrested in Georgia for reckless driving and not having a valid license.

That's two arrests we've reported in one day. Barron Hilton makes three recent semi-celebrities in the clinker, and we are once again wondering what it all means.

Three sets of celebrity twins on the way, three D-listers in jail … Help us, Tom Cruise. Help us to make sense of this world.

Moves On To Next Fame-Hungry Blonde

While little brother Barron was in the clinker for his DUI arrest, Paris Hilton was partying it up in Vegas. You know if Nicky had left Paris in jail while she went and got plastered, there would be hell to pay … but that is neither here nor there.

The big story is that while she was at Pure nightclub in Vegas, she was joined by Laguna Beach alum Kristin Cavallari — and the two are rumored to have engaged in a make-out session. These "Paris is a lesbian!" rumors are starting to grow old. Who cares where she's spreading her diseases? Just stay away from us.

As you may have heard, Paris Hilton's little brother Barron was arrested for drunk driving yesterday. The guy was arrested after being found wasted at 8 in the morning, a feat not even achieved by his older, STD-ridden sister. High five, Barron!

But the forgotten Hilton wasn't sprung from the clinker immediately:

Sources tell TMZ Barron Hilton called his sister Paris right after he got busted for DUI, pleading with her to bail him out. Paris said no.

We're told Paris rejected her brother's request, telling her 18-year-old brother, You're going to learn your lesson.' TMZ also knows Paris was 'very upset and very disappointed in him.'

To be fair, Paris also said the same thing to Prada, the cat she left at the vet, when he called and asked her to pick him up. Something about teaching Prada a lesson for not being hot enough.

With the Iowa Caucus over, let us focus our attention on another, so much more important debate: Is Barron HiltonParis' younger, less notorious brother – handsome?

We say, "Kinda." Queerty says, "Not at all." What do you think? Keep in mind the stock from which he comes.

A small Australian news outlet has broken a story of questionable origin, so take this with a grain of salt; not because of the story's rarity, mind you, but because that place was once a penal colony:

Party princess Paris Hilton is $60 million out of pocket after her billionaire grandfather - appalled by her jail term for drink-driving offences - axed her inheritance.

Family patriarch Barron Hilton was already embarrassed by his granddaughter's wild behaviour - notably when her home sex video was leaked on the internet.

But the 79-year-old considered her 23-day sentence last month the last straw.

"He was, and is, extremely embarrassed by how the Hilton name has been sullied by Paris," says Jerry Oppenheimer, who wrote a biography of the clan called House Of Hilton.

"He now doesn't want to leave unearned wealth to his family."

It's nice to see that rich, old coots at Death's door are still acting impulsively to "teach everyone a lesson."
