That he killed his wife and kid before killing himself was odd and disturbing in and of itself, but with reports surfacing that Chris Benoit sent out text messages detailing things like where he had trapped his dogs so that they wouldn't devour his remains is so disturbing it would give angels nightmares.

This information just might, however, give legitimacy to the WWE's claims that this crime wasn't due to 'roid rage, as the text messages prove premeditation (the guy didn't even use "r" for "are").

Then again, perhaps the WWE is ignoring all the information surrounding the links between anabolic steroid use and depression to cover their own greedy asses. I never knew pro wrestlers could be so classless.
