Despite signing a prenup when the couple got married in 1997, Jennifer Butler Murray, Bill Murray's soon-to-be ex-wife, is asking a court to determine if the contract to which she agreed is valid. Never mind the fact that the prenup as is grants Jennifer $7 million cash and a $1 million house from Bill, she wants more. A real feminist, this one.

'Most Men Are Sluts'

laurenhutton.jpg

Model Lauren Hutton, who participates in an industry that mainly requires her to keep quiet and look pretty, should probably continue to do just that. In a diatribe on The Today Show, Hutton criticized Sex and the City for portraying all women as sluts:

It's written by guys, who happen to be gay, who are sluts. That's what I think.

Let's face it: Most men are sluts. That's what testosterone is supposed to do. As a hunter, if you stayed alive after 30, nature wanted your genes out there. Women were just trying to get the best sperm to make a masterpiece.

You have a bunch a guys who are sluts, writing for women and telling them they are supposed to act like this.

Sure, you could maybe argue the issues with stereotypes, but the main writer behind all this is Candace Bushnell — definitely not a gay man. Sadly, Hutton is a prime example of someone who probably has something worthwhile to say who simply comes across as crazy.

Can't Keep A Good Woman Down

satcshutout.jpg

Last night's Sex and the City movie premiere wasn't all Manolos and butterflies — a large crowd of pathetic twenty-somethings was stuck outside Radio City Music Hall, despite possessing invitations to the event. Turns out the venue was oversold by 2,000 tickets. Whoops!

Despite this, look for all of the shunned guests to spend $11 on movie tickets this weekend after enjoying one too many cosmos with their girlfriends while on the prowl for a real-life Mr. Big. Feminism at its finest.

More Signs Of The Apocalypse

heidibeach2.jpg

Did you hear? The Hills is coming back tonight on MTV, and after the media overload from the past week or so, we're already kind of over it (OK, that's a lie). To celebrate the show's return, the New York Times wrote a thought-provoking article about how The Hills' characters represent the feminist movement. Or something like that.

Heidi has emerged as a kind of feminist hero this season, climbing her way to a bigger position at the event-planning company where she orchestrates Nascar parties, and refusing to acquiesce to the demands of her fiancé, Spencer, that she get herself home on time. … Her groundswell of self-assertion begins when he insists on eloping, prompting Heidi to declare, 'This isn’t, like, Spencer’s relationship and you decide what we do.'

The article goes on to say Lauren Conrad, who has spent the majority of her reality TV career pining after uninterested men, could learn a thing or two from Heidi. This would be a good point if Heidi's life, job or relationship were real.

And She Quickly Becomes the Most Sought After Wife in Hollywood

katehudson

From the glossed lips of Kate Hudson:

As primal beings, men are not supposed to be monogamous. Women, I think, need to spend more time understanding men than changing men. And vice versa.

See that, you selfish broads? How come the rest of you Second Sex beaters can't wrap your brains around the fact that men need to cheat on you? If we don't, our testicles will explode. Are you a bunch of sick sadists?
