For the Gossip Rags, this Anna Nicole Smith enigma wrapped in a puzzle of a story is the gift that just keeps giving. InTouch got Daniel Smith's last photos. People got the the first news of the toxicology report. And now Star Magazine is claiming that Anna Nicole and Howard K. Stern got married this morning, just days after Stern announced his intentions to make an honest woman of Smith (for the third time):

Anna Nicole Smith married her long-time attorney and close confidante, Howard K. Stern, this morning at 10:30 am in Nassau, Bahamas. The wedding occurred only 18 days after the death of Anna's son Daniel, 20, from an accidental drug overdose in her Nassau hospital room on September 10.

In a world-exclusive report, an eyewitness tells Star that Anna, 38, and Howard, 37, tied the knot at 10:30 am on the morning of September 28, on a 50-foot catamaran anchored off Blackbeard's Cay in Nassau! "There was heavy security around the yacht, plus extra speedboats to deliver more supplies as needed (including unlimited Dom Perignon champagne) from the island to the catamaran," says the eyewitness, who adds that the wedding party celebrated the union afterwards by having a swim party around the yacht — "and Anna was wearing a pink bikini!"

Two days before, on September 26, Stern appeared live on the Larry King Show via satellite from the Bahamas, to announce that he was the father of Anna's newborn daughter Danilynne Hope, that he and Anna "love each other" — and that the duo would get married "at some point."

Apparently, that point arrived much sooner than later. A source adds: "Stern was making all the arrangements in the days before the wedding."

If this brings Anna Nicole happiness, then congrats, but something tells me she's not exactly in the state to be making the best life decisions right now. Something just doesn't sit right about this newest Howard Stern as father/husband development. And I'm sure he was in charge of making sure there was no pre-nup.

The results of the toxicology report for Daniel Smith have been released, but this, as everything in this story seems to, really only leaves more questions. People reports:

The death of Anna Nicole Smith's 20-year-old son Daniel was caused by a lethal combination of methadone, Zoloft and Lexapro, pathologist Dr. Cyril Wecht has revealed to PEOPLE.

Wecht said the drugs caused the cardiac dysrhythmia that led to Daniel's death. Wecht got the toxicology results from National Medical Services in Willow Grove, Pa., on Wednesday.

"In my opinion it's an accidental death," Wecht tells PEOPLE.

Wecht said that because Daniel was taking three drugs and not a large dose of a single drug, paired with the fact that he was celebrating a happy occasion with his mother, those factors point to a "tragic accidental drug death."

Asked why Daniel may have been taking methadone, which is sometimes used to help heroin addicts end their addiction, Wecht said the drug is "a legitimate prescription drug for pain relief" and that Daniel had "no known history of morphine addiction."

The only one of these drugs that Daniel was known to have a prescription for was Lexapro.

In other Anna Nicole news, Larry Birkhead, Anna's ex and the rumored father of the child before her lawyer admitted paternity on Larry King, seems to be taking the fatherhood claims well.

The story that just won't stop getting stranger developed a new fold last night. Anna Nicole Smith's lawyer, Howard K. Stern, went on The Larry King Show to discuss the recent events. On the show Stern shocked everyone (well, except for anyone with a mind for gossip) by revealing that he is the father of Smith's newborn daughter. The AP reports:

Howard K. Stern, who was with the family in the hospital the night that Daniel Smith died, told CNN's "Larry King Live" they had named their daughter Dannie Lynn Hope.

"Right now we have to somehow get through what we're going through," he said. "And I'll tell you, our baby is the one ray of hope."…

"We're still waiting to find out what the cause [of Daniel's death] is," Stern said. "We also now have an indication that there may have been other prescriptive medication in his system."

Stern, who picked Daniel up at the airport and brought him to the Nassau hospital the previous night, said he appeared happy to see his mother and half-sister. He said the young man appeared fine until the next morning.

"And then at one point Daniel said to me, 'How come I'm so tired?' And in hindsight I wish that I had seen that as some sort of a signal and seen that something wasn't right," he said.

Soon afterward, Anna Nicole Smith noticed Daniel wasn't breathing, Stern said. Medical personnel could not revive him, and he and Anna Nicole continued resuscitation efforts even after they were asked to stop.

"She stayed there and we were at the foot of the bed and she was hugging Daniel's legs," he said. "And she was praying to Jesus and she was telling Jesus to take her and not take Daniel."

Stern said he and Anna Nicole Smith had been living together in the Bahamas, and planned to stay in the island chain long term and marry "at some point."

She wanted to get away from the media and to start a new life and give her daughter a chance to live a normal life, said Stern, who described himself as a "proud father."

It's nice to know that Anna Nicole is in the company of someone she really loves during this very difficult time. And at least her husband-to-be can be in charge of writing the pre-nup (so convenient! And he knows every penny she's worth) so if it ever ends in divorce it can be less messy than the last one.

Things are suddenly looking up for all the Frances Beans and Sean Prestons of the world, Anna Nicole Smith has finally admitted to being pregnant. You should really go listen to it from the horse's mouth on her website, AnnaNicole.com, because really no one does ANS justice but Anna herself.

Anna had been keeping the news to herself because she's convinced that it would be worth lots of money. Who knew that a side effect of excessive Trimspa was delusions of grandeur?

As for the father, it is apparently Larry Birkhead, though there is a bit of tension between Birkhead and Smith's lawyer, Howard K. Stern (sucks to always be the other Howard Stern, eh?), as to what role said father will play in the child's life. TMZ reported:

Howard K. Stern tells TMZ emphatically, "Anna wants that guy completely out of her life and obviously he is having trouble dealing with it." He also said, "You'll be able to find out soon enough [if she's pregnant]," but would not elaborate beyond that.

Birkhead came back with this zinger:

"I was not going to discuss the matter publicly, but since Howard K. Stern is attempting to bash me… I have been told that I am expecting a child, I have seen the ultrasound and have spoken to doctors. I am very excited about the possibility of becoming a father. Howard needs to get past his own jealousy about the relationship between myself and his only client."

Ooooh, Anna Nicole Smith man-fight and the baby isn't even born. E! better get a signature on some papers for a new season of the ANS Show before a network with bigger pockets (are you listening VH1) gets rights to her fountain of crazy.
