Beyonce and Jay-Z, along with some other usual suspects (seriously, how is Joy Bryant everywhere at once?), attended the New Yorkers For Children Fall Gala last night. Apparently, Jay-Z judged it to be one of those sunglasses-are-appropriate-indoors events.
Bobby premiered in LA last night at the black tie opening night gala of AFI Fest (phew, that's a mouthful) and all the film's stars were out to celebrate. Lindsay Lohan looked kinda pissed despite smiling (as per usual these days). Demi Moore looked gorgeous, but creepily young (lay off the 'tox, sweetie). Everyone else looked nice, but unthrilling. Somehow, though, Ashton Kutcher still seems to come off like he's a kid who had to dress up fancy 'cause his mom said so. At least his wife's body is as smooth as the day she was born. Ew.
The Hollywood Film Festival 10th Annual Hollywood Awards took place in LA last night, bringing out stars and randoms alike: Ben Affleck, Jennifer Garner, Ashton and Demi, Lindsay Lohan, Sandra Bullock, Joshua Jackson from Dawson's Creek. Though it always seems slightly strange to have Lohan at events that aren't primarily about nightclubs and/or booze, she is an actress after all.
Penelope Cruz wore a giant, floppy bow tie.

The Hansons were there, Zach, Isaac, Taylor, all three of them. Mmmmbop.
The Fonz's daughter Zoe Winkler (the girl you don't immediately recognize in this picture) threw a pre-Fourth of July Party this weekend in LA attended by some young Hollywood favorites. The drinks were provided to the underage attendees by 10 Cane Rum. The girls looks suntanned and gorgeous, though it is starting to get worrisome that Rachel Bilson is always at these events without Adam Brody. Is there trouble with these two? That would break my stone-cold heart.
I wish Rachel Bilson would lose the Tom Cruise in Risky Business sunglasses and Mischa would stop stealing her mother's tablecloths to wear as dresses, but that's really all the criticism I got.
No use talking shit, lounging by the pool sipping some rum cocktail looks and sounds pretty outstanding. I hope all your Fourth of July celebrations, whether or not you were dragged back into the office this Monday, are just as full of the beautiful and vapid.
