Rivera had been ejected for allegedly being drunk in the men's room, the source said. The barback, who was identified to WNBC.com as Syed Rahman, 24 of Washington Heights, allegedly snuck her back into the club and may have been hitting on her for a date. … Words were exchanged and Rivera purportedly threatened to turn him in for allowing her back into the club, the source said. That is when he hit her, apparently too hard."

A woman who attended Lil' Kim's birthday party Sunday night at a Times Square nightclub was found dead yesterday on the building's roof. Police have identified the woman as Ingrid Rivera, who reportedly suffered a head wound and other injuries.

No word on whether or not Lil' Kim was involved.
