Heroes actor Milo Ventimiglia, 30, has confirmed that he is dating costar Hayden Panettiere, 18.

Sources say Ventimiglia revealed the relationship when he toasted Panettiere at a party, calling her his girlfriend and saying that he loved her.

Certainly they weren't raising glasses of alcohol, because that would be against the law, and they're only narrowly avoiding legal trouble as it is.
