Life is tough for the Hiltons: Paris and Nicky's little brother, Barron, pleaded no contest to his DUI charge from last February. His punishment was what you would expect: Three years probation, a trip to the LA County Morgue and a one-year license suspension.
That'll show him.
Nicky Hilton wants everyone to know that she doesn't have an eating disorder. Paparazzi photos taken recently, showing Nicky looking like a sack of skin and bones, were simply taken from "unflattering angles."
There's no truth to any starvation, eating disorders, rumors.
I think the press has been printing a lot of pictures of me from unflattering angles. My friends see the pictures and they're like 'Oh my god are you okay?' And then they see me, and they're like 'Oh…' It's really not that interesting or true.

While little brother Barron was in the clinker for his DUI arrest, Paris Hilton was partying it up in Vegas. You know if Nicky had left Paris in jail while she went and got plastered, there would be hell to pay … but that is neither here nor there.
The big story is that while she was at Pure nightclub in Vegas, she was joined by Laguna Beach alum Kristin Cavallari — and the two are rumored to have engaged in a make-out session. These "Paris is a lesbian!" rumors are starting to grow old. Who cares where she's spreading her diseases? Just stay away from us.
I heard a rumor that yesterday the Coachella festival saw about 75,000 people come through the gates. In case of emergency, that's a frightening number (Great White, anyone?), and, visually, it's such a never-ending mass of bodies that everyone starts to blend together and look like one thing: an obstacle preventing you from reaching beer, bands or the bathroom in a timely manner.
Thus, celebrity spotting is a pretty futile game here. And, as these pictures can attest, oftentimes when you do see someone from television or the movies, they're gone in a flash.

Homeboy of Paris, Nicky, Paula and Wilmer, Anand Jon, is being brought up on a slew of rape charges:
According to the felony complaint obtained by TMZ, Jon allegedly committed a variety of horrific acts on four separate victims between October of 2004 and March 5, 2007. Along with two counts of forcible rape, Jon is also facing charges of "sexual battery by restraint, attempted forcible oral copulation and two counts of committing a lewd act upon a child."
In the document, police claim that Anand, 30, used an accomplice during the alleged sexual battery and forcible copulation. The investigation into that person is ongoing.
Jon, who has been featured on MTV and is known to hang out with Paris Hilton, Paula Abdul and Michelle Rodriguez, was arrested by Beverly Hills Police on March 6, after one of his accusers came forward to authorities. An investigation uncovered three other potential victims, the youngest of whom is 15-years-old.
Yikes! Many different levels of wrong, and a charge for each of them.

New information has surfaced regarding the downfall of Nicky Hilton's Miami hotel project. Following her and Paris' impromtu Hitler Youth rally, the project started to crumble, quickly. This is thanks to a tip from a reader:
I was walking on Ocean Drive and passing by the Nicky O which is still mostly covered up, and from where I was walking (across the street) a brown haired woman in huge sun-glasses stormed out walking in a very fast pace and seemed to be upset. This woman looked very much like Nicky Hilton. Although I am not sure if its her or not. However, if it was Nicky, it didn't seem like she was leaving her hotel in a very good mood.
What might he have witnessed? Could have been any old upset girl. However, if we were the betting sort, we would bet he may have witnessed someone from Robert Falor's group telling Nicky it is game over on the Nicky O hotel project.
Nicky O construction has slowed to a crawl and most importantly, to date, demand for a Nicky O condo units just has not been there. Throw in the fact that Falor floated the perfect public bail out theory to the Herald earlier this week, and it sure does look like this project has entered Clooneyville.
Aside from the controversial video, sources say that the investors were also worried about Nicky's idea to have "colored" drinking fountains.

The investor behind Nicky Hilton's planned Miami hotel is considering putting the kibosh on the project after Nicky and Paris' bigotry-laced video surfaced. Make way, ladies, 'cause the chickens might finally be coming home to roost.
"I'm very concerned about it. I'm shocked actually that she would participate in something like that," developer Robert Falor said.
"There's been some negative press on Nicky about the clothing line and the handbag line recently," he said. Women's Wear Daily has reported that Hilton's merchandise is not doing well, and Macy's dropped her Chick junior sportswear line. "Now there's this issue. We're evaluating — and want to make the decision quickly — whether this is something we want to be a part of."
I suppose this is good, because Nicky is definitely a willing participant on the video in question. But, of course, this would mean that Paris Hilton is going to come out smelling like roses while her sister takes the fall.

While Nicole Richie was getting in her own brand of trouble over the weekend, Paris was in Miami with her Grease Factory Crew for Miami Basel, the annual clusterfuck art fair. Paris and Nicky hosted a party and generally made themselves available all weekend, while Stavros, always the recluse, appaears to have spent much time trying to force alcohol down his friend's throat. Whee. It's a real wonder why his parents aren't thrilled about hie choice of mates. Page Six reports:
"They refused to meet her last year when Paris and Stavros had dated for a while," a source said. "Paris even followed him and his family to Hawaii, where they go every New Year's, and they still wouldn't meet her. They think she's tacky." It's a sentiment that seems to be shared by the father of Nicky Hilton's paramour, David Katzenberg. A family friend said Jeffrey Katzenberg, the former Disney exec who co-founded DreamWorks, "thinks the Hiltons are just . . . lowbrow and that his son is young and should be dating around." Meanwhile, it's only been a month, but Nicky and David are already saying, "I love you.
I'm not sure why you wouldn't want your son to bring home a Hilton, it's not like she would infest all of your furniture or anything.
