LET'S GET MYTHBUSTERS TO DO THE ALLIGATOR IN THE TOILET LEGEND "Discovery Communications has become the latest content partner at YouTube, launching nine channels, including several localized international versions. Discovery will also attempt program development via YouTube, with the new episode of Discovery Channel's "Mythbusters' inviting the site's users to submit ideas that will be used in a special upcoming 'viral myths' special."

For those of you wondering what Miley Cyrus' new boyfriend, Justin Gaston, is like, here's a lovely clip of the underwear model attempting to launch his singing career via YouTube. The problem is, he should never open his mouth. To further prove this point, he starts out the clip with some nonsensical mumblings about how he's in LA and it's cloudy and that's why he's pointing outside and OH DEAR XENU why is this guy allowed on the Internet? Shouldn't he be off somewhere looking pretty?

This is the saddest thing we've seen today: Charlie, an adorable, innocent gray cat, was stuck in his owner's toilet thanks to the lady's 3-year-old son. Luckily, she called 911 and the authorities came to rescue the kitty, but only after the poor thing spent a traumatic amount of time splashing around for his life. Nobody knows for sure how the cat ended up stuck in the toilet in the first place, but we know: Cats don't just accidentally fall into a pool of water. That kid did it.

A new anti-Sarah Palin ad hit YouTube today courtesy of the Defenders of Wildlife Action Fund. The minute-long clip attacks Palin's love of hunting, complete with shots of dying animals. It's horrifying, to say the least. We couldn't sit through it more than once.

Diddy really needs to lay off the YouTube, because he's stopped making any sense and is now completely making an ass out of himself. … OK, you're right. This is par for the course. But this time Diddles is really obnoxious, claiming that he does indeed own a private jet but "only the wing," and it's listed under the name Ciroc Obama (the first name coming from the vodka he endorses). He also calls this whole misunderstanding "a controversy" that stemmed from his "famous blog that was reported all over the world" about the high gas prices. At this point, he's far too delusional.

Remember a couple weeks ago when Diddy made his heartfelt plea for oil so he could stop flying commercial? Turns out the private jet of which he spoke so fondly isn't exactly his.

An extensive look through federal aviation records by the Palm Beach Post turned up no Seans, Diddys, Combs, or Puffys as the registered owner. One source said, 'I have a list of every plane with the name of the owner, and he's not on it.'

For the record, says his rep, he's got a 'fractional' ownership in a plane on NetJets, where you buy flight hours.

This makes him an even bigger tool than previously thought. First off, you're a jerk for posting a video whining about having to travel commercial when most Americans can't even afford to fly at all; now that it turns out you were embellishing the truth about your private jet, that just makes you a delusional liar who's desperately trying to fit in with your richer friends.

Anyway, after screaming "F–k MTV!" and vowing never to return, Kanye announced that he would be performing at the end of Sunday night's show. Wow, Kanye. You really showed them.

Miley Cyrus has taken a break from leaking scandalous photos to talk to Seventeen magazine about her former secret relationship with Nick Jonas. Keep in mind the two are 15 years old as you listen to Miley rehash the greatest romance of our time:

We became boyfriend and girlfriend the day we met. He was on a quest to meet me, and he was like, 'I think you're beautiful and I really like you.' And I was like, 'Oh, my gosh, I like you so much.' Nick and I loved each other. We still do, but we were in love with each other. For two years he was basically my 24/7.

When we were dating, Nick wanted me to get highlights — and so I did that, and I got myself looking great. And then, on the day we broke up, I was like, I want to make my hair black now — I don't want to look pretty; I want to look hard-core. I was rebelling against everything Nick wanted me to be. Nick is now rumored to be dating Miley's YouTube rival and fellow Disney star Selena Gomez, but Miss Cyrus doesn't mind: "I like being the girl nobody can have. No one can touch me, no one's mine. I'm myself. I think it's sexy to do your own thing." Seeing as how her views on relationships have rapidly matured, you can also expect her trip to rehab earlier than normal.

Now that the dust has settled from the bizarre Nikki Blonsky-Bianca Golden airport brawl, more details are being made available — including, of course, a YouTube video of the aftermath. Bianca is seen in the video wearing a green top, and Nikki's mother apparently comes over to speak to the videographer toward the end of the clip. We're still totally confused about the entire thing, but we've decided we're on Team Blonsky because Bianca was simply insufferable on the ninth cycle of America's Next Top Model. That's fair, right?

I'm in a giving mood today, so instead of the usual reminder that the world is going to hell, I'll leave you all with this sweet video of a lion and his human "parents." Feel free to cry — I did.

The greatest Internet-related threat to our children is not sexual predators — it's YouTube. There's just so many things wrong with this clip, which features an 11-year-old belting out Mariah Carey's "Touch My Body," that we don't even know where to begin. The kid's also got an official MySpace page, which confirms our suspicions that the parents either aren't paying any attention to him at all or they're banking on him to become the family cash cow.

Either way, it's disturbing.

Today is a sad day for America in that Chris Crocker is deleting his YouTube account but will remain on the Internet on his own new Web site. But before leaving, he has some choice words for YouTube, complete with finger snaps and head wiggles. He says his new Web site is way better because "I'm going to be able to finally let my tranny-ass hair down." Amen, sister. YouTube replied, "Good riddance."

Disney brat Miley Cyrus was asked about her latest controversy involving YouTube and the most childish behavior we've seen from her thus far. After publicly making fun of fellow network stars Selena Gomez and Demi Lovato, Miley backtracked:

I mean, if we offended them we're super sorry. … They were being funny, and you know that's our thing is to be funny. So they were being funny on their show and everyone, you know, Elvis says imitation is the greatest form of flattery, so we were, like, imitating them, you know, like, being funny.

You say imitating, we say mocking. Tomato, tomahto.

Carnegie Mellon professor Randy Pausch, who became famous for his "Last Lecture" in which he spoke as if he were giving his final lecture before dying, passed away today of complications from pancreatic cancer. He was 47. Above is the video footage of the famous lecture, and although it runs over an hour long it's worth every minute. Randy wrote that he knew was he was doing that day: "Under the ruse of giving an academic lecture, I was trying to put myself in a bottle that would one day wash up on the beach for my children." We picked out three of our favorite nuggets of wisdom, but he says so much more that is worth a listen.

Thank goodness YouTube and Facebook weren't around when we were in high school, because the petty antics seem to have reached an all-time high for today's youth, and it's all in front of the Internet. The biggest YouTube feud of the moment is between two Disney stars: Miley Cyrus and Selena Gomez (who is currently dating Miley's ex-boyfriend Nick Jonas of The Jonas Brothers — you keeping up?). Selena and her BFF, fellow Disney star Demi Lovato, posted a YouTube video that wasn't up to Miley's liking, so she mocked it with her own. It's childish and unnecessary, but so is high school drama.
