You know, it that place of second and third chances (Hollywood), I think this guy is a jerk. I get the sense that this girl, Tara, not a bad kid, got out of control, just like the rest of them, and deserves another chance. She's been pretty quiet for a while, unlike some of the others and if he didn't like something about her, he should have just pulled her over and said, "You can't come into work smelling like liquor and cigarettes. It's not going to work". Period. Come on. Let's be fair here.

Any adult who goes to work should know that reeking of smoke & stale booze is a no-no. Unless said adult is a stripper or sells ass for a living

Maybe she won't be back because the series is over, the final episode aired in October if I'm not mistaken.

It's supposed to finish out the season, although that may have been shelved with the strike.

I have a really hard time believing that Braff and gang don't also reek of various substances.

Tara: For free? Cause I'm on a budget where I only buy booze and smokes and uggs.

Britney: Uggs, what are those.

Tara: They are super classy and keep your feet warm when you pass out in an alley.

Britney: Do you think they'd look good with some cut off shorts with taco bell sauce stains?

Tara: Sure, they look good with my puke jeans.

scrubs is still currently putting out new episodes.. i watched it yesterday.. but this is their final season.

as a fan of the show, i say good riddance. she played a hardcore party girl who slept with two regular characters in one episode.. basically, herself (which happens not to be funny at all)
