Tara Reid's publicist got lazy following her most recent minor victories, and he foolishly let down his guard last night at Sundance. Next thing you know, it's the bad publicity nuke: "Hey, isn't that Tara Reid on stage getting dry humped by all the rappers?" Uh oh!
Nelly hosted the Budweiser Blender session at Tao and brought in a special performance by Akon. Akon rocked the crowd and even brought up three ladies from the audience to teach the crowd how to really “Smack That.”
Moments later, they stopped the song and Tara Reid was being led on stage by Nelly. Nelly asked Tara if she wanted to get the smack down from Akon. Tara kindly obliged and immediately began dancing to Akon. At the point, Akon grabbed her and literally humped her in front of hundreds of partygoers and continuously smacked her booty.
As Akon was humping her, his DJ thought he’d join in on the fun and they both sandwiched her while still humping and smacking her booty.
Dear Tara Reid's Publicist,
It's pretty obvious she can't be trusted. You need to go third-grade-style buddy system. Hand holding everywhere and waiting for her outside of the bathroom.

I think the flack she's gettin for this incident is wrong! She don't look drunk nor out of control, they happen to pull her on stage to have some fun and the only person "humping" her is AKON (not Nelly too) and he is doing so to his provocative song "Smack That". Your statement about "all the rappers" is false as it was only him and I believe I read on another site that his DJ came over to join in. While she does have some less than favorable stuff out there, I think she's getting a bad wrap for this one

Poor Tara. She has been doing great recently. Wearing clothes that MATCH in public. Yes, I agree, she needs a "buddy" to hold her hand and tell her she CANNOT do certain things.
I think the Taraphiles have a point. Let's look at her strengths and get her into something more appropriate, like Hustler Magazine.

Ohh give the poor girl a break she is just trying to have some fun. I know she has been a little promiscuous before, but she has been getting better.
The point is, when your public image is so horrible, you should be working hard to disprove certain negative viewpoints. Tara Reid has ruined any possible chance at being taken seriously as an actress…you'd think she'd could understand that she has a choice: hump rappers and be sloppy drunk in public, or chill out on being photographed and possibly have another shot at being given acting gigs.
