Dear bsbnumber1fan,
At your behest, I considered the continued, oft-annoying radio presence of the Backstreet Boys. I thought about what that meant and the Boys' "clean music" and their ticked off fans and, for a fleeting moment, I thought you might be right about them. And then I remembered that the Backstreet Boys entity is a manufactured product disguised lightly and intentionally as a band, but whose main purpose is actually to shill t-shirts. Then I stopped thinking about them, because commercials are fucking stupid.
Best,
Cord
PS This guy's 29 and still calling himself a "Boy," what does that tell you?
More of this boy after the jump.

You know, I think the comment was idiotic and all, but why not reply in the thread with your "best" rather than make a whole new post with the sole purpose of mocking?
I get that you like the Bale and Beckham posts to mock, but at least those serve other purposes at the same time.
Is he wearing skinny jeans? I thought those were privy only to anorexic girls in Hollywood.
And Pete Wentz.
Oh wait. Pete does fit that criteria.
Why do they call them bands? Bands play instruments, these guys are a group (of wankers).
The chains do not make this more manly.
Are you kidding? I think it's great that he featured a comment as a post.
I saw AJ on Cribs once… it surprised me how frail he was, and how high his voice was.
I'm not kidding. I think it's shitty. Par for the course, but shitty.
Including it in a wrap-up of quotes, like he used to do with "Mollygood, Bad and Racist"? That's funny.
I love cribs in general just for the fridge scene. I wish they'd let us see their medicine cabinets.
Over here is my oxycotin and on the right is my ritalin. This here is my medicinal marijuana, and I like to keep my coke in my caboodles with my loose face powder. I just hate when I get them confused.
I totally forgot about Mollygood, Bad and Racist! Aww! Bring it back with HYOS!
lol juju…Mariah Carey's was my favorite. She is so insecure :(
p.s. did he sprain both ankles, or is there another reason he's wearing rockable foam shoe braces?
I know. I loved her room that was just for her fans. Wasn't it all butterfly's or lambs? I would like her closet but would have to remove some the the bandage strips she calls dresses.
I just thought he had crappy shoes.
I went to a Backstreet Boys concert 10 years ago. I was 12. It sucked. However, I did buy a t-shirt…and a poster.
Maybe they can adopt K-Fed in their group and update the name to K-Fug-backstreet-boils.
Ok, the Beach Boys are like 100, and still called boys, just for that part.
As for BSBs 'clean' music, obviously the original commenter never listened to If You Want it to Be Good Girl, or the album version of Lay Down Beside Me (they have to remove a verse in concerts), or Poster Girl or a couple others that I can't pull off the top of my head. Just because they don't curse in every (any) song don't mean it's clean honey!!!
If You Want It To Be Good Girl is the only one I know but with Nick's favorite Parislike baby-voice, I would have a hard time taking it seriously. Digital Get Down is dirtier than that song. "if… i'm not home, here's what you do, leave a message. you know the kind i like to get back to." spicy!!
Yeah But Digital Get Down is N Sync, so I wasnt commenting on them
I was. I'm officially abandoning this thread.
We at Tom-ba Juice corporation demand the reinstatement of HYOS and Mollygood, Bad and Racist. Get with it, Bunnie. We are giving you one week.

ok well ill start off with this - im a huge bsb fan. no surprise there, right?! i really think everyone is entitled to their own opinion! thats great - u dont have to like them - i couldn't care less! the thing is didn't ur mother ever teach u - if u don't have anything nice to say don't say anything at all. granted this is what it it is but i would think that u would have things u liked & could talk about far more than how u don't like the bsb & wouldn't that b time better spent - instead of whinin. as far as i'm concerned i love their music, i enjoy their concerts & when i've met them they have been really cool, nice, down to earth guys! & lets b honest if u made the money they do from selling t-shirts - u wouldn't right!? please! anyway, i guess that makes 2 of us!!!
