2. Paris internship vs. Jason
At the end of the first season Lauren was presented with a dilemma: Should she spend the summer interning for Teen Vogue in Paris or move into a beach house with her boyfriend? After an episode's worth of debate she chose the latter, much to the dismay of boss Lisa Love. Viewers around the country threw things at their television screens, but rumor has it LC wasn't really stupid — she chose Jason because there was no real Paris internship to begin with. Just because it was still being brought up in the third season doesn't necessarily mean it was legit, and we wouldn't be surprised if the internship was simply a ploy by the producers to come up with a "compelling" storyline.
