Paula Abdul made an appearance on the Morning Show with Mike and Juliet to talk about American Idol. Obviously someone needs to be upping her dosage, because she was a mess. Not that we're surprised. She rambles about splitting her brain in half and then announces her picks for the final four — which includes five of the contestants, naturally.

I couln't watch this all the way through. Once she started talking about "grace and dignity," my decent side kicked in. Why does this poor woman have to constantly make excuses for why she is the way she is? Can't she just acknowledge that she's on some sort of meds and be done with it?

She is all kinds of fucked up. As usual. Love the five contestants in the Top Four, though.
She seemed fairly lucid in this interview to me. I've seen interviews where she seemed really out of it, but this wasn't one of them. True, she did name five contestants for her top four, but the rest of it was ok.
