I wish this picture would go up on Megan McCain's blog with an inane caption that could be written by a four-year-old. "Dad doing his best lizard impersonation!"

It was an awkward moment when McCain went to shake the moderator's hand. He went one way, the moderator went the other. They did it again and then, the beautiful moment above.

Wow, you'd think Grampy knows after being in the public eye so long to watch his body language. If last night was any type of clue, he just can't stand Obama.

Did anybody see all his eye rolling, or what he did right after he shook Obama's hand after it was over?

No. 29 say what? says:

JD, that's it exactly.

McCain wants it so bad, and has since bush beat him twice. he figured that this was HIS year, and he probably never thought that someone would actually have the audacity to "take" it from him.

“I didn’t decide to run for president to start a national crusade for the political reforms I believed in or to run a campaign as if it were some grand act of patriotism. In truth, I wanted to be president because it had become my ambition to be president.”

~ John McCain, Worth The Fighting For, page 373

say what–can we PLEASE start an email chain with quotes like that from McCain's book? It won't top the Obama-one, but that's because liberals don't forward emails the way conservatives do. It's true, ask my sister.

i was watching a clip on youtube of fox news. they were showing a clip from abcnews. (it's a clip within a clip within a clip.) it was apparent to me that fox news had doctored the abc clip and darkened his skin.

although, i *had* had a couple drinks. but i swear to croutons, the video looked altered.

back during the primary season, markos at dailykos had a post about hillary doctoring an image of obama to make his skin blacker and his nose wider.

who knows really.

it's a sad commentary on the state of journalism that it's even a question in my mind.
