While I agree with Angela's statement, I have to say that, in all of my trips throughout Mexico, the only sombreros I have seen were worn by guys in Mariachi bands. That being said, it was still a funny comment.

cowboy boots
weird belt buckles (I just saw some with real rooster heads on them in a little town in Morelia)
rebozos
big underwear with tight white pants (the thong is still garnering acceptance, even among the younger crowd)

I am so happy for salma. Who care if her baby daddy's not good looking. What count is from the inside.
