Cry, Little Kiefer
Last night in West Hollywood, known drunk Kiefer Sutherland was "popped," as they say, for a DUI. This is Sutherland's second DUI arrest in the past five years and, if convicted, he'll be required to serve a minimum of five days in jail. Allegedly, he blew more than twice what is allowed, much like 24.

He's a lucky bastard he doesn't live in Phoenix. Or he'd be spending 60-90 days in "Tent City", license revoked for one year AND an Ignition Interlock Device installed on his vehicle. Needless to say, it's no fun being a drunk in Phx. That's why I high tailed it to the Metropolis.
Really? Because my cousin lives in Phoenix and it took until her THIRD arrest for DUI to be put in Tent City. And she never got anything in her vehicle. It was two weeks in Tent City and then house arrest for 30 days. She got her license back after, too.
Haha, in some of the small towns around here, people drink WHILE driving. Cuts out the difficulty of walking to the car.
suppose she has a good lawyer, mine sucked. either way let's hope she learned her lesson after the third, eh?
She had a court-appointed lawyer that sucked, actually.
