I am learning about the unwanted calories, chelsea.

I am on weight watchers, and it is getting easier.

Today, I passed up this delicious brownie-hot fudge-with ice cream desert thing.

I said that I was too full from my lunch. ( A nice small nutrient and vitamin rich salad.)

I was lying my ass off. I wanted TWO servings of this delicious, beautiful, smells like heaven dessert. It just about killed me. I drank some water instead. With a smile.

QUEEN a little advice egg whites 15 cals each
no fat. canned chicken broth 20 cals no fat.
drink water as cold as possible because it burns more calories as your metabolism must exert extra energy to balance the body temperture, plus it takes the hunger away. frozen no fat yorgut taste great for your sweet tooth. negative calorie foods asparagus,broccoli,cabbage, carrot,cauliflower,celery hot chili,cucumber, green beans,lettuce,zucchinni,onion, apple,mango,orange,pineapple,
take a drink of water between every bite of food(FILLER) good luck I know you can do it

In the rest of the world, USA-ians are hugely fat. peopel need to walk and bike to get to work even in the Uk, or take mass transit. I am all for curvey honey’s with a nice big ass, but we shouldn’t make fun of the girls who are twigs, either. I got enoguh teasing in highschool for being a twig, it really hurts.

I love water, I feel better when I am hydrated. I used to drink room tempurature.

These are the foods that I can focus on, to enjoy, instead of focusing on the things that I have to avoid. You know I’ll be sampling the frozen no fat yogurt. The sweet tooth got me in the trouble I am in currently… :-)
