Arlington voter: Is this the garbage bag?

Obama poll watcher: No, that's the Republican poll watcher's literature.

Arlington voter: Oh, so the garbage bag.

It's a 'swing/battleground state'.

That's a pretty fancy trash bag.

Aww, can I come to Arlington? It took me ages to vote (seriously. I live in a predominantly Mexican neighborhood, so I guess they figured minorities don't vote) so in the spirit of American work ethic, I took a vacation day afterwards.

And on a different note, why doesn't anyone deliver sushi to my neighborhood? There oughta be a law.

I'm in Boston. Mass is almost always a Dem state (though we do have a fair share of idiots and racists here. I actually saw a guy wearing a t shirt that said: "I support Joe the plumber")

Anyway I stood in line for 2 hours before I finally got to vote. I think its just massive turnout everywhere.

Chelsea, you know what? I can get sushi, but I can't find a place with good Mexican food around here. I'll order you something if you order me something. Eh, nevermind, they probably don't deliver that far. Sometimes you can't even get them to deliver to the 'hood even though there's one 2 blocks from a 'hood.

I think it's because my neighborhood has a lot of speed bumps. It's the reason I don't want to drive to get sushi, so I figure it's why no one will deliver my sushi…. Seriously, there's 6 speed bumps. Isn't that excessive?

JD-I live in Boston, MA and it took me over two hours to vote this morning as well. Funny thing though, while waiting in line a woman with 2 camera men was walking down the line asking if anyone was voting for McCain. No one was answering her and she was visibly frustrated, the camera guy said "What do you expect, look where we are". Not sure who or what the woman was affiliated with (RNC, McCain, etc, but I thought it was hilarious. I guess that's why I live in Boston.

I voted in Arlington today with only a one hour fifteen minute wait. Not a Republican poll watcher/sample ballot in sight. Woooo Arlington! Turning VA Blue!
