Victoria Beckham proved that she's now officially an American starved for attention and, simultaneously, outrageously-priced food, by lunching at LA's famed Ivy. The Ivy, as you may know, is practically guaranteed to be a feeding ground for paparazzi, as well as a feeding ground for people willing to pay ridiculous sums of money for overcooked shrimp and overhyped desserts.

Quick tip: if you're ever looking for a great meal in Los Angeles, go to Crustacean with a copy of Us Weekly. It'll be like going to the Ivy but with better food, and you won't have to deal with flash bulbs and condescendingly expensive sandwiches.

Canter's is great too. You may actually run into a celeb or two there on any given day.

The Stinking Rose on La Cienega is a nice date restaurant, if you like garlic. Adrien Brody got punked in their parking lot..

Why do these celebs go to these places if they hate paparazzi so much? I don't get it.

…Actually yeah I get it. They say they don't like it, but deep down inside they LOVE IT.
