Because With Child Does Not Mean With Taste

Take note, fashion-conscious women reticent to have a baby: These days, maternity wear comes in any number of styles, colors and degrees of ugliness. No matter what trimester she's in, today's pregnant woman can slip on one hideous dress in the morning and then glide into a completely different awful dress that night.
So get out there and get pregnant, because nobody else will buy this shit.

Can someone explain to me what's wrong with JLo's dress? I think she looks fine.
Now Jeri, not great. But I don't think it's hideous either. I love that maternity wear no longer means sailor suits and mumus.
I agree. I don't think there's anything wrong with JLo's Dress. She looks like a wax doll in that third picture, however.
Jeri is just wearing a disco ball dress that actually looks like a disco ball is involved. Three cheers.
I think Cord should strap on a couple of flour sacks and see how easy it is to look cute with a tiny human sticking out of your belly.
I have a theory that Bunnie simply doesn't like to know about the inner workings of women's bodies in general, and gets offended when it becomes readily apparent that women do in fact pee, poop, and have living beings in their uterus.
Ewwww, you said uterus. That's why I had my offending uterus ripped out.
How can you hate on the UTTE! ?
GET IN MAH BELLY!!
cord will never understand what it's like to have belly fruit growing inside him.
I just have to reiterate what you girls already said - there's nothing wrong with Jennifer's dress. Not only is it a beautiful dress, but it's much nicer than that shit she was wearing to hide her pregnancy for the tour.
I also have to say hooray for the great maternity clothes nowadays. My step-daughter's mom was telling me a couple nights ago that even when she had her first kid 12 years ago the choices were very slim. I'm quite pleased with what I've found to wear.
Wtf? This is downright glamorous for maternity wear! No mumu's or sweatpants for these chicks and they look good.
I'm not preggers but I have to say that maternity clothes have gotten really cute. I'm very tempted to buy them ya know, for the holidays when I pack a few extra lbs on.
I hate the disco-ball dress, but I'm loving the shoes with it. Also, agreed, JLo actually looks gorgeous.
Jeri's are pretty damn awesome. And JLo's dress would be great even as non-maternity.
Deal with it, Bunnie. Women procreate and thank goodness no longer need to hide it.
I think J-lo looks great. I'd go so far as to say she looks prettier than she has in a long time. Maybe it's the pregnancy weight filling out her face, but she looks younger and healthier than I've ever seen her, and the dress is very pretty.
Jeri Whatserdoo-dah looks ridiculous, but she already had an oddly amphibious look to overcome.
Wasn't she some kind of Vulcan?
Seven of Nine! Star Trek's attempt to appeal to its fans' underutilized sexuality.
I forgot about that.
I knew it was one of the 50 Star Treck incarnations. I wasn't sure which one.
That's right Bunnie…pregnant women should ONLY wear pants with elastic waistbands, and stay inside getting fat (and NOT pooping) for nine months.
Men. Harumph!
He probably doesn't want to know that when your pregnant belching and farting happens at a more frequent rate and is uncontrollable.
Damn Cord, maybe the pregnant ladies should hibernate in their respective mansions when first finding out they're pregnant and not come out of their respective mansions until they're "hot" again for boinking. Neanderthal!
They look great. What's the issue?
I think J.Lo has dressed horribly for her entire pregnancy…which is so surprising- she usually is perfection.
I think the opposite. I think the clothes she's worn during concerts have been hideous, but I think her off-stage stuff since pregnant has been fairly nice. Before now, I thought she dressed like an idiot.
I like both the dresses, but Jennifer's makeup is horrible.
Is it really OK to have that Botox shit injected while pregnant?
Does Xenu know about this?
and shouldn't it read:
"ugly maternity clothes WADDLE off"
I'm confused. Jennifer looks lovely — what an elegant gown for a mom-to-be. Much nicer than some of her flashy get-ups. I'm a pretty classic, conservative type when it comes to fashion, so I don't understand how such a lovely dress could be considered tacky. Jeri's is a bit too short and a little glitzy, but even in her case, I've seen much worse from Hollywood's mothers in waiting. Have you seen the nasty cover of Christian Aguilara on "Marie Claire". She's covered with pounds of heavy orange make-up and not much else.
I design my own line of maternity wear and while JLo's dress is not my own I think it is absolutely beautiful. Women these days do have a lot more options than 10-15 years ago.
