There he is! Amazing but shamed footballer Zinedine Zidane is out reminding me that, contrary to my earlier opinion, sourpuss can work. This guy smiles less than Victoria Beckham, and yet he still manages to always look handsome.
I like him even more because he seems to be David Beckham's antithesis, and I think it's good for people to have nemeses. Conflict theory and all that.

What's there to be ashamed of? he is arguably one of the top 5 greatest soccer players of all time and hands down the greatest of his generation.He seriously leaves Beckham in the dust as Beckham himself has often said: it was his greatest honor just to play on the same pitch with Zidane -who he calls the greatest player in the world. I agree with Marie, this man is BEAUTIFUL. He has a great smile but surly works well for him, it adds to his allure, seriously, he's hot enough to be a male model.
I'd say that the headbutt was a serious highlight for 2006. It was honestly the first time I really used YouTube to try to find something. Man-Moment-Machine, ya know?

I've been suffering from a serious obsession with Zinedane Zidane since he was interviewed on tv before the start of the world cup in 1998. When I saw him play for the first time that sealed my fate forever! I have never been obsessed by anyone before or since and it's really interesting how over the years women the world over have been slowly discovering his allure. Men don't just want to play football like him they want to look like him. Not only is ZZ stunningly beautiful and the sexiest man on earth he is also a sensitive and careing human being. I just love everyhing about this man. His wife must be the luckiest woman in the world. My interest in football was born in 1998 and died in the summer of 2006 when he walked off the pitch. The "beautiful game" is now just a game.
