I think that this will hit the intended targets, being McCain and Comedian Rush Limbaugh. I just don't know if the ad is all that neccessary. I think Latinos have a pretty good idea of what Republicans think of them.
On the contrary, the Latino voters tend to side with Republicans in states like Texas. Look it up.
