I watched that when I was clearly not ready too … still haunts me. That and seeing Irene Cara have to show her boob in the movie Fame …. I wasn't ready for that either!
My parents took me to the drive-in when I was little to see Texas Chainsaw Massacre (what the hell were they thinking)and then made me sit it in the floor board of the back seat the whole time (pushing my head down). I wanted to see it so bad. I peaked thru the cracks when I could. It scarred me for life…..ok not really.
the fly is not terrifying.
For a second I thought that was two girls one cup.

Ugh, I was scarred by that movie. Why do you have to bring up these memories?!
Its apparent anyone who ever saw two girls one cup will never eat an ice cream or snow cone again.
I wonder if Cord and Whitney have seen it. I bet not.
Let's qualify that this is the *remake* of "The Fly".
@mae: Yes, I have seen it. Unfortunately. I thought I would never eat chocolate ice cream again, but I love ice cream too much.
Well, OK…let's just admit that Jeff Goldbloom is a brilliant actor. That was awesome.
That is awesome, Whitney.
This was one of my absolute favorite movies growing up. This, from a girl who still cringes at blood…

All I want to say is that David Cronenberg rules and it's films like this that make it so disappointing that movies have gone so CGI of late.
Still not as good as Videodrome.
