How do women who use makeup to cover acne not know that they're putting out a fire with gasoline?

More from one of many Transformers premieres after the jump.

I can't beleive she didnt have her mustace waxed for the transformers opening!

She may only be putting hte makeup on in that dose to cover the blemishes for the opening. I do it all the time if I break out but i have something important to do. Its the everyday use that kills you.

Make-up isn't ALWAYS the culprit. Adult acne, as evidenced by the link, can be caused by many things. Those are just a handful. Pregnancy's another huge one. Not that I'm implying that Megan is pregnant, you understand. And sometimes the make-up can help if you use a treatment underneath and the right formula.

She looks awful. But I'd put pancake make-up over it too if I were headed for a premiere.

I'm also not sure I'd identify that as acne in the first place. I get those bumps on my face with the heat and it's not acne-related at all. I'd prefer it was acne, then I could treat them.

At first glance she looks like a Madame Tussaud figure, then the acne jumps out and she just looks more like a tranny. A horny tranny. But I'd agree with Kitchy on this, I'd put make-up on it too.

She's gorgeous from far away but whoa! Up close not so much. Too fake. I am more offended by her choice of lipstick color than the zits- everybody gets one occasionally- but that horrid lipcolor! Egads woman!!!

    Am I the only one…

let me preface this with i REALLY like Cord's writing style and jokes, even if sometimes i dont agree with him.

But am i the obly one who gets annoyed with his advice to women, like in this post? i dont knwo what it is, just knowing hes a straigt man really peeves me in posts like this.

Maybe its just me, i really am an asshole sometimes.

liek I said, love ya Cord, think you are fantastic writer, or i wouldnt keep coming back!!!!!

You're not the only one, April.

Actually, I wouldn't even call it annoyance. Just blatant "Oh that obviously wasn't written by a woman" more than anything.

What Kitchy said…it's the same ethos that keeps me from telling my boyfriend what to wear, how to wash his face, etc.

I'm sure she doesn't wear make up like that in everyday life. But, as previously mentioned, if I had zits like that, and I was going to my Hollywood movie premiere…yeah, I'd cover those babies. Any way possible.

Yeah if I had a movie premiere I'd cover my zitty face with George Clooney.

Kitchy, you had me at "Oh shut up." ;)

That said, it DOES appear as though Megan Fox has mixed spackle with foundation to create an entire new layer of skin…

Her eyes, man. They're like Satan. And her eyebrows are brushed up to give her horns.

I've seen female impersonators with less make up and they look much more feminine and natural. She frightens me. IS she a Transformer?

That makeup is standard for this type of H-wood thing, no big deal. But what's with the lips and tongue? She looks "special." And in other pix her face looks quite mannish! In the last pic here she looks like a tranny.

the tongue thing is really bizarre… maybe she took the "put your tonge behind your teeth when you smile" advice just a bit too far

why are we assuming Cord is straight?

Megan is a Fox. none of us are perfect. her imperfections will disappear now that she is making a little money. there's nothing on her face that DDF can't cure.

My complexion is normally pretty awesome, but right before I get my period, I break out. Maybe I should have a hysterectomy to please all the menfolk who don't like the adult acne. Also, there are so many other things to give her advice about. Eyebrows, freaky tongue, dead eyes, etc.
