I bet she doesn't do hard jail time. She will just go to rehab again and get away with it, like Robert Downey Jr did for all those years. In my state, if you get more than one DUI within 5 years, you can get a 2 year jail term.

What is up in CA that they just slap these people on the wrist and unleash them on the general public? The justice system out there needs to start taking this seriously. How many innocent people could have been killed or seriously injured by the likes of Lindsay, Paris, Nicole, Eve, Mel, and the other ones I can't even think of right now.

I'd say something along the lines of 'Homegirl's gonna end up killing herself any day now', but I still think Britney will be the first to go. Lindsey's a mess and all, but Britney's lost beyond all hope. I'm probably definitely going to hell.

Scandelirious… as odd as it sounds, I'd have say Linday's a bit more of a mess than Britney. Sure, she's going downhill, had (having?) a breakdown, and looks like shit. But Britney doesn't have multiple DUIs under her belt and crack in her pocket.

My guess was wrong. TMZ says Linds was chasing her assistant's mom. The assistant quit, called her mom to pick her up and Lindsay started chasing them. The mom called the cops and then Lindsay got nailed.
